Job roles, filming schedule, lighting and costuming
Job roles
Harry Sandall- Harry will be an actor in some of the shots and he will also double up as a camera man. Harry is very good at acting and good at camera work. he showed good accting skills in the auditions and he also showed a good use of filming in the preliminary.
Conor Durrant- Conor will also be another actor and will also use the camera for some shots. Conor is very good at using the camera, he showed many camera skills when filming our prelminary.
Peter Jewett-thomas- Peter will be editing the clips, because he has some previous experience and will also use the camera.
12:15 - packed filmed stuff away, begin to set up more shots.
1:00 - film more shots.
1:15: packed filmed stuff away.
1:30 -take a break from filming.
1:55 - set up last shots.
Lighting
On the filming day, we'll check the weather before we start because you need good light to get better quality footage. But the lighter it is the less it follows the thriller conventions, we are planning on editing the shots to create an effect of film noir and during 'film noir' films, shadows are commonly used to create a dark and grungy atmosphere.
Costuming
There isn't much costuming. Two shots contain costumes, one shot, a close up, of harry adjusting his tie. the tie will be red this connotes, anger, danger or violence. whilst wearing a black shirt of blazer, this suggests death. Another shot will be of conor walking, he will be wearing normal shoes, this suggests that he is an innocent character, where as if he was wearing boots he would be seen as an antagonist.

Photos Of Locations - Justification
The typical setting of a thriller is in an urban city. Usually the main colours used will be grey, black and white to emphasise the helplessness of the first character we see. Thrillers can also be set in quiet country villages, where everyone leads simple lives; often the villain will come from a small village. Usually only a small range of colours will be used, the main being black or grey if it is set in a city environment, to show how normal and mundane life is. However other strong colours are often used at particular plot points; for example if there is a lot of blue we can assume that someone has or is going to die, and if there is a recurring theme of red (i.e. alarms) then we understand the characters are in danger. The camera shots are usually either very steady or move around a lot. If there is a scene with a lot of dialogue, or a character is being shown as having a quiet or intimate moment, the camera will be still and focus on the characters more than the background. If there is more than one character in the shot, the cameraman will use a medium (or close up)- two shot to show how they relate to each other, i.e. if they are standing close and being intimate or not. If the camera is moving around a lot then an action scene is typically taking place; the increased cut rate allows the audience to feel more involved in the action and keeps them on the edge of their seat as they do not know what is going to happen next. The reason we picked our location is because it is out of the way and easy to get. The main reason why we picked the spinny bridge is because its warn out and abnormal. Also we will use the actual spinny because it is practical. This overall relates to our target audience (C2) as many locations that the protagonist or antagonists in thriller films visit are degraded and depressing environments that have a sinister and dark presence to them.

Costume For Our Thriller Opening
We will only have ONE costume for our whole thriller opening as it is filmed in an opening titles style similar to that of The Walking Dead and Game Of Thrones. This means that there will little to no moving shots of us actors apart from newspaper clipping pictures and the shots that include the tie being adjusted (Pictured above) and the knife in the palm of a hand. Overall this is why we only have ONE costume for our entire thriller opening.
Lighting For Our Thriller Opening
For our thriller opening, we have no real control of the lighting as it is going to be filmed in broad daylight and we don't yet know what the weather conditions will be like, so well have to compensate for it if things don't go as planned.
Overall,we don't have a set lighting plan because our film location is outdoors and if we do eventually desire to change something, we shall use the iMovie editing software to edit or change things according to what we want to achieve. Overall, if it is a fairly dim or foggy day that we hope it will be, it shall follow the conventions of the thriller genre due to many locations that are set outdoor are during foggy or dull days to emphasize upon the dark themes of thrillers. This also meets our target audiences (C2's) expectations because teenagers often enjoy scary and jumpy environment alongside the general scary and disturbing scenes in thriller films.
